A: Brew Recipe – Iced Pour Over
Coffee Dose: 20g
Grind Size: Medium (around 16.5 on EK43 or equivalent)
Ice: 100g total (place 60g in the server before brewing)
Water Temp: 90°C
Brew Method: V60 or similar
Steps:
1. Bloom:
• Pour 30g of hot water over the grounds
• Stir or swirl gently, let bloom for 20 seconds
• Wait another 10 seconds before second pour
2. Second Pour:
• Add water up to 80g
• Wait until timer hits 1:00
3. Third Pour:
• Pour until 135g total
• At 1:30, start final pour
4. Fourth Pour:
• Finish pouring until 170g total
• Let it drip until timer reaches 2:00
Tip: Shake or stir the server lightly at the end to melt ice evenly.
Hot Brew Recipe – Basic
Water Temp: 90°C
Coffee Dose: 18g
Brew Ratio: 1:13
Final Yield: ~233ml
Grind Size: Medium
Method: V60 / Manual Pour Over
Brew Steps:
1. First Pour (Bloom):
• Pour 30ml water
• Let it bloom for 30 seconds
2. Second Pour:
• Pour until total reaches 100ml
• Target time: 1:05
3. Third Pour:
• Pour until total reaches 170ml
• Target time: 1:40
4. Final Pour:
• Pour until total reaches 233ml
• Finish by 2:15
