Coffee Bean Selection

We collaborate with carefully selected coffee farmers to source high-quality beans. The selection process includes checking the size, density, and moisture content of green beans to ensure consistent roasting results.

Roasting Stages

The roasting process consists of several key stages:

1. Drying: Coffee beans are slowly heated to reduce moisture content to around 10%.

2. Maillard Reaction: Color changes begin to occur, creating compounds that give coffee its distinctive flavor.

3. First Crack: Beans start to expand and produce a cracking sound, signaling the initial stage of flavor development.

4. Flavor Development: The flavor profile is determined during this phase, depending on the roasting duration.

5. Cooling: Once the desired roasting level is reached, the beans are rapidly cooled to halt the roasting process and maintain flavor stability.
